Statement of Service
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card & American Express. You will be charged at the time that an order is shipped. We also offer a Corporate billing program. Upon the initial commission of services, a 50% deposit is requested based upon the estimated invoice for the first month. Subsequent charges will be invoiced each month with balance due with net 10 day terms.
All products that are customized with company name and/or logo must be paid in full prior to time of order.
Confidentiality
Any personal, corporate or client information provided to Gift to it! will remain confidential and not shared for any reason.
Additional Charges
Product pricing will generally not include shipping and tax unless specified. If a gift is shipped and then returned because of incorrect address provided by the client Gift to it! will resend with corrected information and invoice client for additional shipping expense.
Refund Policy
We guarantee 100% satisfaction of our products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied please let us know immediately so that we can rectify the problem or offer a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Although we do not have “contracts”, programs are planned in advance to make sure that product is available. If you decide to discontinue our services we ask that you notify us as early as possible, preferably 30 days in advance. We will return any unused personalized product that you may have purchased for use in your program.
Shipping Services/Personal Delivery to Business Addresses
Shipping methods include Federal Express, UPS & US Postal Service. Shipments to office addresses will normally be shipped Federal Express with tracking capability. Smaller shipments (less than $25 value) or PO Box addresses will be sent by US Postal Service. If tracking is desired please advise at time of order so that we can
Personal Gift delivery may be requested. There may be an additional charge for personal delivery to a business address within the Metro Denver area.
